What is Mobile Entry?
Mobile Entry means your US Open ticket is accessed on your phone. That means that you won’t need to print and remember to bring tickets to get into the grounds – no more worries about leaving your ticket at home or the office. Mobile tickets enable you to manage, view, scan, transfer and sell your tickets with the device that’s always with you. Your phone is always in your pocket, your purse or your hand, and doesn’t require a printer or remembering to grab your tickets before you go.
Why can't I see my barcode?
Your QR code will render on your mobile ticket 7 days prior to your purchased session. If your event is within 7 days and you cannot see your barcode, please close out of your app or mobile web browser entirely and reopen it.If you're on an Android device (e.g., a Samsung phone), please make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed. If you're not sure, delete the app and then reinstall it.
