FAQs

What is Mobile Entry?

Mobile Entry means your US Open ticket is accessed on your phone.  That means that you won’t need to print and remember to bring tickets to get into the grounds – no more worries about leaving your ticket at home or the office.  Mobile tickets enable you to manage, view, scan, transfer and sell your tickets with the device that’s always with you. Your phone is always in your pocket, your purse or your hand, and doesn’t require a printer or remembering to grab your tickets before you go.

Why can't I see my barcode?

Your QR code will render on your mobile ticket 7 days prior to your purchased session. If your event is within 7 days and you cannot see your barcode, please close out of your app or mobile web browser entirely and reopen it.If you're on an Android device (e.g., a Samsung phone), please make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed. If you're not sure, delete the app and then reinstall it.

I’m a full series subscriber.  Will I still receive paper tickets?

Yes.  All full series subscribers and suite holders will still receive paper tickets, unless they’ve opted to manage their tickets online instead.

I have printed full series tickets – can I still manage my tickets online?

Yes!  All of our Full Series Subscribers have the ability to manage their tickets through US Open Account Manager.  If you do choose to transfer or sell your tickets for a session, your original, printed ticket for that session will be deactivated.

What if I want to give tickets to friends/family/clients ahead of time?

If you are a full series subscriber, you may either deliver them hard stock tickets, or you may transfer their seats to them prior to the session by logging onto your account at US Open Account Manager.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?

No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Mobile tickets must be presented within the app, the mobile website, or within your phone’s “wallet” at the US Open.  Copies of barcodes presented through third-party applications, screenshots or print outs will not be accepted at the stadium.

What if I lose connectivity / can’t connect to my account at the gates?

Since cellular connectivity may experience peaks at the US Open, we encourage you to download your tickets to your mobile device before heading to the US Open. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If your tickets are on a mobile web browser, avoid clearing out your browser history until after the event.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. You will swipe through each ticket to scan upon entry with your party.  Alternatively, you can transfer each ticket to your attendees prior to entering the gates.

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I enter the gates at the US Open?

You can transfer their ticket to them individually via ticket transfer.

Does the person I send the tickets to need an account?

Yes. They’ll need to sign into their Ticketmaster account, or they will create one in the acceptance process.

Can Full Series Subscribers transfer tickets after matches have started?

Yes. However, selling tickets is not allowed after play has begun.

Can I still use PDF tickets?

No, PDF tickets will no longer be accepted at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

What if my browser tells me “Cookies Required”?

Once the webpage is open, press the button with the two small boxes in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.  Then uncheck the “Private” button, and you will be able to access your tickets.

Can I also access my US Open tickets online?

Yes, using the US Open Account Manager, you can access your tickets online as you always have.
